Terms of Service

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the pieces in your cart at the stated price. We confirm by email once the order is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order — for instance, where a listing was priced in error or a piece is no longer available — and where we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.

Each piece is stitched after you order it, with the crest embroidered for you. Please allow seven to ten days before a piece is dispatched. Because a piece is made for you, handling of returns and exchanges follows our Returns and Exchanges terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Within the United States, shipping and returns are free. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We do our best to present colors and materials faithfully, though screens vary and a natural material will carry small, honest variations.

The Atticus Reed name, the brand mark, and the State Edition crests — including the bird and flower designs and their arrangement — are our property and are protected by applicable law. Buying a piece grants you the piece, not a license to reproduce the marks or crest artwork. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

We stand behind our work and will make right any fault in a piece. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atticus Reed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you cannot waive under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from them will be handled under that law.
