Returns & Exchanges
If a piece is not right, it should be easy to set right.
The Window
We accept returns within thirty days of receipt on pieces that are unworn and unwashed, with their original tags. A piece that has been to the round is yours; a piece still in its tissue can come home to us.
Free Return Shipping
Within the United States, return shipping is free. When you start a return, we send a prepaid label. Pack the piece as it arrived, attach the label, and hand it to the carrier.
Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, an exchange is handled as a new piece stitched for you. We are glad to exchange for a different size or colorway within the United States, at no cost to you; the new piece is embroidered after the exchange is arranged, so the usual seven to ten days applies. A crest stays with its state — we do not exchange one state's edition for another once a piece has been stitched.
How to Start a Return
Write to our concierge at concierge@atticusreed.com with your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We reply with a prepaid label and clear next steps.
Refund Timing
Once your return reaches us and the piece is inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within five business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it. Shipping on the original order, where any was charged, is refunded for faulty pieces.
