Privacy Policy
What we keep, why we keep it, and how to ask us to let it go.

The Short Version
We collect only what an order requires, we never store your card details, and we do not sell your information. If you would like us to show you what we hold or remove it, write to concierge@atticusreed.com.
What We Collect
- Contact details. Your name and email address, so we can confirm an order and reach you about it.
- Shipping address. Where a finished piece should be sent.
- Order history. What you have purchased, in what size and colorway, so we can serve you and honor returns.
- Payment. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers, and we do not store it.
Cookies and Analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart intact and to understand, in aggregate, how the storefront is used. This analytics data is anonymized and helps us improve the experience. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. Most browsers allow you to decline cookies; the cart may not persist if you do.
How We Use Email
We use your email to confirm orders, share shipping updates, and answer your notes. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to, and any such message carries a plain way to unsubscribe.
Who Else Sees It
We share information only with the partners who make an order possible:
- Stripe for secure payment processing.
- Shipping carriers to deliver your piece and provide tracking.
- Vercel, which hosts the storefront.
Each handles your information under its own terms and only to perform the service we ask of it. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your Requests
You may ask us to show you the information we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time. We keep order records as long as needed to honor returns and meet our obligations, then no longer.
